The Spring Hill Annual Fund sustains our rich and holistic program, including academics, bilingual programs, music, art, and more. It also supports our school in attracting and retaining our committed and talented faculty and provides the resources they need to bring excellent educational opportunities to our students.
Each year we ask our community members to make participation in the Spring Hill Annual Fund their priority charitable gift. 100% participation by every member of our community – staff, faculty, Board members, and families – is the best validation of our dedication in offering an excellent and enriched education to our students.
Spring Hill receives no funding from local, state or federal governments. To support its mission to offer an excellent, comprehensive and enriched education, Spring Hill relies on tuition, fees, and charitable gifts. While tuition pays a majority of the costs to educate a child at Spring Hill, Annual Fund dollars help fund projects and programs that keep Spring Hill in the academic forefront of independent schools. In a sense, the Annual Fund constitutes the tax deductible portion of a child’s annual tuition, funding the difference between the amount of tuition paid and the cost to educate each child for the current year, or the “gap.”
Our goal this year is to raise $130,000 to bridge the gap between tuition and our annual operating budget. We know that with our dedicated group of parents, grandparents, alumni, community friends and supporters, we will reach it.
In order to recognize and encourage leadership-level giving to the Spring Hill Annual Fund, the school has established the following levels of recognition:
Founders: $10,000 and above
Benefactors: $5,000 – $9,999
Directors’ Circle & Sponsors: $2,000 – $4,999
Leadership Circle: $1,000 – $1,999
Partners: $500 – $999
We are very grateful for all contributions to our Spring Hill Annual Fund. All gifts are needed, appreciated and tax-deductible and vital to the fiscal health of the school. They impact immediately all areas of our school and our students’ lives.
Spring Hill is a private educational organization, registered with the State of California and the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Our Federal Tax ID number is 94-2285285.
